Rowena, founder of Move Strong London, is a personal trainer and yoga instructor with 15 years of teaching experience and a true passion for all things health, strength and movement. Rowena believes firmly that there is a movement discipline for everyone, and supports her clients in implementing sustainable changes to help them enjoy healthy lifestyles and move pain free.

Leon is a personal trainer and parkour instructor with 13 years of experience as a movement coach and PT. His passion for sports started at a young age when he excelled as a basketball player and then expanded into various movement disciplines, in particular parkour. Leon is an intuitive coach and knows just how much to push his clients to get the most out of their sessions and closer to their goals. He is known for his creativity and his varied workout programs will see you having so much fun you won’t know where the time has gone! Embracing mental as well as physical resilience, Leon’s passion for self development enables him to support his clients as they become not only physically stronger, but develop a greater understanding of their capabilities too.

Georgia Donati Clarke
Georgia is a personal trainer and parkour coach with 6 years experience working in the fitness industry. Georgia is passionate about moving well and moving more, in particular she believes that strength training is for everyone and has an important role to play in living well and pain-free. Georgia has experience working alongside physiotherapists to help their patients rehab their injuries and is interested in helping people work on their physio and rehab exercises in order to successfully return to the sports they love. Having started her movement journey later in life, Georgia is also very empathetic towards people who are just getting into exercise and fitness now. If you are nervous about starting your fitness journey with us, Georgia will help put you at ease right away. Georgia is also very passionate about parkour and can often be found jumping on walls.

After beginning her own health and fitness journey and leaving her office job in TV after 5 years, Nadine decided she wanted to help others reach their healthiest and happiest potential. She has been helping her personal training clients achieve their goals for 6+ years now and has never looked back.
Nadine’s philosophy is all about finding balance without finding excuses. The time and effort you put into a challenge you personally want to accomplish, and the feeling you get when you achieve it, is something no one can ever take away from you.
Nadine likes to share her enthusiasm for health and fitness with her clients and loves to inject a sense of fun and humour into sessions.

Emilie is a multidisciplinary practitioner offering Osteopathy, massage and medical acupuncture at Move Strong.
An approach tailored to your circumstances, needs and goals, Osteopathic treatment combines joint mobilisation, soft tissue therapy and rehabilitation, so you’ll be supported through your recovery both inside and outside the treatment room. Osteopathy is suitable for a wide range of issues including musculoskeletal pain, acute injuries, neuralgia, chronic pain, tension headaches and joint pain.
Emilie will work with you to understand the cause of your symptoms or injury, and will help you to feel your best, function as well as possible and move your body your way. Experienced working with athletes, office workers and new parents, she is also qualified to welcome those being treated for, living with or recovering from cancer. Emilie is committed to nurturing an environment where differences are embraced, and everyone feels welcome, safe, and actively involved in their treatment plan.
Graduating with distinction from the University College of Osteopathy, she has a Masters Degree in Osteopathy and qualifications in Sports Massage, Medical Acupuncture and Oncology Massage.
