Move Strong London can support your employees in leading a healthy and rewarding lifestyle through personal training and bespoke class packages.

These can include regular mobility and yoga classes to counteract the effects of sitting and desk posture, as well as engaging fitness classes designed to bring colleagues together with a bit of fun and healthy competition.

Sessions can be delivered online via Zoom or face to face, following current guideline.

I trained once or twice a week with Rowena for nearly a year. In that time I saw my physical strength and appearance transform – I am a great deal stronger and considerably more muscular. This is to the extent that colleagues at work have commented how I have beefed up and how well I look (so the changes are noticeable even when wearing business dress).
