Personal Training

Whether your goal is strength, endurance, injury rehabilitation or simply overall wellbeing, we are highly experienced in helping people to achieve their goals.

Every 55 minute session is individually tailored to your specific fitness level and training needs. Sessions with Rowena and her team are varied, engaging, and enjoyable while geared to achieve maximum results.

Sessions can include:

  • Functional Bodyweight training

  • Postural Restoration

  • Suspension training (TRX)

  • Kettlebell training

  • Animal Flow

  • Parkour fitness

  • Functional Breathwork

  • Injury Rehabilitation/FRC

  • Yoga for Athletes

  • Aerobic Conditioning

  • Pre/postnatal training

During a free consultation we assess your needs, answer your questions, and match you with the best trainer for your goals.


Initial Session

Book in for an initial session before signing up for a block of 10.

Includes: a full workout incorporating fitness testing, movement evaluation/postural assessment, core strength and functional mobility test.

Initial session: £67.50, paid minimum 24 hours in advance via our booking site.

The PAYG rate for single training sessions are £72.50, payable by bank transfer.


Block of 10

A pre-paid block of 10 Personal Training Sessions for £675 (Save £50)

10 blocks expire 4 months after the date of the first session and are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy.

The PAYG rate for single training sessions are £72.50.

PLEASE NOTE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. PRE-PAID BLOCKS EXPIRE WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF THE FIRST SESSION
