Move Strong London

We take pride in changing the script so often found in the fitness industry, and particularly on social media, to support you in implementing sustainable changes towards a healthy lifestyle and pain free movement.

Founded by Head Coach Rowena Ramsell, and drawing on the philosophy of attaining Strength Through Movement, it is our passion to help people from all walks of life. Rather than push people relentlessly through pain, or movements that don’t necessarily serve them, we take the time to get to know our clients and train them in a way that will serve them for years to come. Using principles of Postural Restoration and Functional Range Conditioning, we help our clients move better, feel stronger, and build functional fitness for life.

Sessions are held face to face in our fully equipped personal training studio in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow. Zoom sessions are also available on request.

I started with the modest ambition of dropping 2 dress sizes, and wanting to feel a bit fitter. Those ambitions are being fulfilled, but importantly, I now find myself wanting to be stronger than ever. I want to scale mountains, run up peaks, be in complete control of my body, and dance from now until eternity.

Classes
