We take pride in changing the script so often found in the fitness industry, and particularly on social media, to support you in implementing sustainable changes towards a healthy lifestyle and pain-free movement.

Drawing on the philosophy of attaining strength through movement, it is our passion to help people from all walks of life. 

Rather than push people relentlessly through pain or movements that don’t necessarily serve them, we take the time to get to know our clients and train them in a way that will serve them for years to come. We deliver functional strength training through the lens of postural restoration - helping our clients move better, feel stronger, and build real-world strength for life.

Personalised sessions are held in our fully equipped personal training studio in Blackhorse Road, Walthamstow. Zoom sessions are also available on request.

  • Kettlebell training is a dynamic, full-body workout that improves strength, coordination, and endurance. Suitable for all levels, our kettlebell sessions are both challenging and empowering.

  • Designed to restore function and prevent future injuries, we will work together on gradual progression and sustainable healing so you can recover safely and effectively.

  • Breathwork techniques not only help with stress management, emotional regulation, posture, asthma symptoms and athletic performance, they can also enhance nervous system flexibility, meaning you have resilience when navigating life's various stressors.

  • Support your body throughout pregnancy and postpartum with a personal program that will focus on core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall wellbeing.

  • Experience the healing power of sound through our sound baths and sound healing sessions. These practices promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance mental clarity. Classes are available on a one-to-one basis or in small groups of up to six.

  • Designed to complement your training and promote healing, we offer a range of therapeutic services including medical acupuncture, sports massage, and osteopathy.

  • Navigate hormonal transitions with confidence. Our programs address bone density, management of hormonal fluctuations, hormonal balance, and stress management to support you during this pivotal life stage.

We've moved! Our fully equipped personal training studio is now located within a beautiful setting next to the wetlands in Walthamstow, based in Foundry and just a few minutes walk from Blackhorse Road tube station.
